The 2022 International Partnering Forum (IPF) will take place April 26-28, 2022 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey. IPF is the premier offshore wind energy conference in North America. Hosted by the Business Network for Offshore Wind, IPF connects global leaders and businessess in the supply chain, offers unparalleled opportunities, and delivers breaking updates on the industry, from technology to policy.

Netherlands Lounge

Just like previous years, Holland Home of Wind Energy (HHWE) intends to organize a Netherlands Lounge at the IPF 2022. Participation in the Netherlands Lounge includes the following:

• Conference ticket for the IPF 2022
• Fully furnished shared booth (18sqm) with customized Netherlands design at the exhibition floor
• Exposure of company logo and name at the Lounge
• Host(ess)/support on site
• Shared meeting room
• Catering
• Shared TV for PPT (max. 6 slides) or corporate movie (max. 1,5 min) at the Lounge
• Hotel recommendation (if applicable)
• Your company included in the IPF (online) exhibitor directory
• Participation in all conference sessions, poster sessions and WindMatch sessions
• Support with arranging (individual) (online) meetings
• Joint promotion

Participation costs IPF 2022

PIB members: free of charge (incl. 1 free conference ticket). Price of additional conference tickets €1.250,00.
HHWE members: €1.600,00
non HHWE/PIB members: €2.000,00

Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses. All prices are without VAT. To cover part of the fee, SME’s can apply for a RVO mission voucher with a maximum worth of 50% of the participants fee. If help is needed to apply for this voucher, please contact Eline Timmer (contact details below). Pleae note that it’s up to RVO whether to grant the mission voucher or not. HHWE can’t give any guarantees for this.
