SoluForce joins renowned Dutch companies in a public-private partnership, to improve hydrogen technology in Japan. The first public private partnership program of the year was signed on 21 January 2021.

This ‘Partners for International Business’ (PIB) cluster was formed to further develop and improve the Hydrogen Technology in Japan. No less than 12 renowned Dutch companies will join forces, including: Bronkhorst, FME, N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie, Groningen Seaports, Holthausen Howden, Hygear, Kiwa, New Energy Coalition, Royal Vopak, SHV Energy, TNO and SoluForce. They signed a PIB collaboration agreement online on January 21.

In the coming years we will work to establish the Netherlands as a strategic trade and knowledge partner for Japan by:

  • sharing information with Japan on how the Netherlands is planning the transition from gas to hydrogen;

  • participate in major (digital) fuel cell and hydrogen fairs in Japan;

  • organizing (digital) outgoing and incoming missions, matchmaking activities and knowledge events.

 The cluster works together with the Dutch Innovation Network of the Dutch Embassy in Tokyo.
